In this series of images, Poulson explores the materiality of place between sacred sites from across Cymru (Wales), Kernow (Cornwall) and An t-Eilean Sgitheanach (the Isle of Skye), speaking to a concern about how the romantic lens of the rural, and the mystique of indigenous Celtic culture, change through human behaviour, interaction and reaction. At what point does curiosity become damaging, and at what point does this mythic connection feel lost? - for residents and visitors alike, this is an ongoing question that Poulson seeks to discuss through presentation, conversation and facilitated events.
